Jennifer is a Senior Business Change Manager In the Adobe IT Change Management Center of Excellence. She has extensive experience guiding organizations through complex transformations. She currently leads innovative Change Management in support of Adobe AI transformation that boosts employee engagement and adoption of AI tools. Additionally, she's a Certified Professional Coach and Positive Intelligence Pioneer Coach. She has developed and conducted numerous programs, workshops, and webinars to promote positive mental fitness that helps individuals and teams foster resilience.
